    SalesSense are seeking applications from an EHS & Fleet Manager who will have responsibility for all matters pertaining to EHS and of ownership of fleet management.     This role is offered on a full time permanent basis, Mon – Fri, based out of either or Galway or Dundalk office. Travel will be required as part of this role.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee all matters pertaining to EHS ensuring that all compliance requirements are met
    • Actively foster an ethos and culture of safety awareness, where safety is accepted as an integral part of our overall business
    • Overall management of the EHS incident reporting and investigation system
    • Provide leadership to all personnel in respect of EHS management and compliance
    • Develop and champion all KPI’s that impact EHS
    • Manage Fleet and day to day running of company cars, ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements and drivers are aware of their health & safety obligations
    • Manage & implement Fleet procedures
    • Retain & report detailed information on all accidents and incidents
    • Review current and future business needs in relation to fleet requirements and fleet management
    • Liaise with our Fleet leasing company and manage all relationships I.E Fleet, Insurance, Fuel etc
    • Liaise directly with BGE and manage our relationship in regard to all EHS requirements
    • Report directly to the BGE Account Director however you must also be comfortable to work closely with all Senior Management in SalesSense weekly and monthly

    Qualifications

    • EHS qualification desirable
    • RSA qualifications also desirable
    • Previous similar experience in Environmental Health & Safety and Fleet management
    • Must have excellent organisational skills and be competent working on own initiative as well as working with the team
    • Excellent communication skills and a passion for Health and Safety
    • A professional and friendly manner with the ability to build relationships at all levels and communicate clearly and succinctly
