Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive to join our In- House recruitment team. The successful candidate will be working on various campaigns across the business and will be responsible for finding the very best talent for our partner clients.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills & be confident and comfortable conduction phone, video and face to face interviews.

This is a full-time permanent position Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

The role:

  • Management of full-cycle recruitment process ensuring a smooth and bespoke candidate experience
  • Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of sourcing channels
  • Updating candidate management system (iCIMS) in real time with new applications and candidate outcomes
  • Management of interview scheduling, working closely with candidates and managers to ensure processes run smoothly
  • Conducting all pre employment checks
  • Carrying out job offers for successful candidates
  • HR administration support & general administration as required
  • Managing the onboarding process
  • Working towards quarterly KPIs/targets and objectives
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with all internal departments
  • Ensure company procedures and processes are adhered to at all times
  • Consistently demonstrate high levels of commitment, motivation and performance in line with KPI’s, metrics and SLA in pursuit of business objectives and SalesSense values

Qualifications

The ideal candidate?

  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in the recruitment sector
  • Excellent communication skills and gifted with an exceptional phone manner
  • Naturally driven, determined and resourceful
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Motivated by a busy work environment
  • Adaptable and flexible in your work style
  • Highly focused with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisation skills
  • Proficient IT Skills within Microsoft Office Suite
  • A desire to develop and learn
  • An excellent team player
