These vacancies form an integral part of our growth plans for 2017/2018. We are seeking applications across campaigns for roles ranging from B2B and B2C outbound sales, inbound sales, appointment setting and lead generation, all with a strong emphasis on customer engagement. All vacancies are offered on a full time permanent basis and benefit from a competitive basic salary (DOE) and commission structure. Full training is always provided from our award-winning training team as well as ongoing support from our award-winning management team. Key Responsibilities:   Extraction of customised leads lists from the company database for uploading to dialler campaigns. Assisting in the creation of customised reporting e.g. MS Excel Dashboards for internal and external clients. Resolution of associated technical issues and escalation of high impacting incidents where appropriate and follow through to resolution Development and application of Microsoft’s Business Intelligence Reporting and Analysis tools. MS Power BI, MS Excel power pivot. Supporting the other members of the Data & Systems team with regard to project delivery through planning, assessment and transition to go-live   Skills & Experience: A relevant qualification in I.T or Computer Science 1 year + experience in a Contact Centre environment highly desirable Experience of Interactive Intelligence platform highly desirable Experience in providing robust reporting from multiple systems.
