We are recruiting customer service representatives to be based in Dundalk. This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours variable Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm and Saturday between 9am to 5:30pm. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service, assisting customers with queries and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The successful candidate will also be responsible for upselling and processing sales for new customers. You will be required to meet daily and weekly KPIs and targets.
